Many data-driven SaaS companies host massive amounts of data that is often highly regulated. Consequently, the biggest security risks and biggest focuses of negotiation can center around the management of that data. In light of this, what are the biggest security risks that we are seeing today? How can the legal team work with other business units to protect their org?
It seems like AI and machine learning have quickly crept into our daily lives as well as our organizations’ daily operations – bringing a host of legal issues with them. With a landscape that is changing daily, how can legal teams address AI right now? Is it possible to incorporate AI responsibly, leaving internal teams, vendors, and customers comfortable?
We expect this program to be eligible for up to 6.0 hours of CLE credit in 50-minute states and 5.0 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. This course is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. TechGC has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education. Additionally, we will seek CLE accreditation in IL, WA, FL, TX, PA, CO, GA, and any of the other 50 states upon specific request from an attendee.
